Job Responsibilities:

• To perform field instrument installation, repair service and preventive maintenance
• To provide brief operation training to customer during installation
• To promote service product like PM, service contract
• To provide technical support to sale team and customer
• To maintain service records with e-format
• To maintain service tools calibration schedule and record

Requirements:

• High diploma/ Degree of Electronic/ Electrical Engineering or Biological/ BioChemical Science with basic electrical/ electronic knowledge
• With relevant working experience is preferred
• Self-motivated, strong analytical thinking and responsive
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Good command of English, Chinese, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, Programming skill (e.g. VBScript, Visual Basic, C languages) is a plus
